Super Long Life Coolant 40 (Red)

Prediluted coolant, based on ethylene glycol. The product is specially engineered for cooling systems of TOYOTA cars in accordance with the requirements of Japanese standard JIS K 2234 for Super Long Life Coolant. It is also suitable for cooling systems of other passenger cars and commercial vehicles of various OEMs. The product contains an effective package of additives and inhibitors for maximum protection of cooling systems of majority of engines, including those with application of aluminum alloys. The recommended service life is up to 3 years / 150 000 km, is designed for application in cooling systems of gasoline and diesel engines of leading Japanese car manufacturers: TOYOTA, Lexus and Daihatsu. The formulation, which is free from silicates, nitrates, amines and borates, provides decrease of hard deposits and extends service life of water pumps.

    Ethylene glycol-based coolant concentrate developed for cooling systems for light-duty vehicles and construction / agricultural tractors. The basic components of coolant concentrate are ethylene glycol and demineralized water (1-2%), which provide good heat exchange properties, high boiling point and low freeze point. The balanced additive package of carboxylate corrosion inhibitors with an additional input of silicates provides effective protection of metals against corrosion. The product is inert to rubber parts and prevents foaming. It is manufactured according to STO 15258135-017-2020 (in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D3306 and ASTM D4985).

    TOTACHI® NIRO® COOLANT GREEN G11 is designed for use in cooling systems of passenger cars and tractors for construction / agricultural use.

    The basic components of coolant are ethylene glycol and demineralized water, which provide excellent heat exchanging properties, high boiling temperature and low freezing temperature. The balanced additive package of carboxylate corrosion inhibitors with an additional input of silicates provides effective protection of metals against corrosion Additionally, the product is neutral to rubber parts and prevents foaming. It is manufactured under STO 15258135-005-2015 (in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D3306 and ASTM D4985 standards).

    The recommended service life is up to 150,000 km for passenger cars or three years (whatever comes first). For off road equipment the recommended service life is up to 300,000 km or 6,000 hours.

    APPLICATION

    TOTACHI® NIRO® COOLANT GREEN G11 -40C is ready for use product for cooling systems of mobile equipment with freezing temperature of -40°C. It has a 50/50 water glycol concentration for use in mild or warm climate regions. The product is suitable for many types of cars, medium construction and agricultural equipment, which require hybrid coolants based on carboxylate technology additives with a limited level silicate as additional inhibitors.

    TOTACHI® NIRO® COOLANT GREEN G11 -50С is ready for use product for cooling systems of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as tractor applications with freezing protection temperature of -50°C. It has a 60/40 water glycol concentration for use in northern regions with very cold climate, if freezing does not harm cooling system.
