TOTACHI MIX-TYPE COOLANT G12evo PINK is an innovative coolant, based on ethylene glycol. The product is engineered for automotive cooling systems in accordance with the requirements of Volkswagen concern specification TL 774-L / G12evo (Exceeds the requirements of the following specifications G11, G12, G12+, G12++, G13) based on organic acid technology with phosphates and silicates additive package (lobrid PSi-OAT technology). It is suitable for cooling systems of many European OEMs. The product contains an innovative additive package for long protection of cooling systems of internal combustion engines, including those with application of aluminum alloys. The product forms a long-term protective film on internal surface of cooling system, thus protecting engine from freezing, overheat, cavitation, corrosion and contamination. According to the formulation contains phosphates, silicates, organic acids, but free from borax, amine, imidazole, nitrites providing decrease of hard deposits and extends service life of water pumps.

APPLICATION

TOTACHI MIX-TYPE COOLANT G12evo PINK is Recommended for cooling systems of gasoline, diesel, electric engines of most European OEMs. Supports an extended service life of 5 years / up to 250,000 km for light vehicles, 450,000kn for on-highway and 10,000 hours for off—highway applications.

TOTACHI MIX-TYPE COOLANT G12evo PINK is specially recommended for modern light vehicles, off-road and on-road gasoline, diesel, electric engines where the enhanced protection of aluminum against high-temperature corrosion is required and phosphate-lobrid technology recommended (PSi-OAT)

The product can be safely mixed with genuine coolants OEM – manufacturers.

The product is fully compatible with some genuine coolants. It possesses excellent compatibility with seal materials and rubber hoses, typically used by European OEMs.

TOTACHI MIX-TYPE COOLANT G12evo PINK is supplied ready for use. It is not recommended to dilute the product with water for more than 10%. It is a good practice to flush cooling system before changing coolant.

For application in regions with mild climate use product with chill point of -40оС (premixed 50/50 coolant). For northern regions with severe cold climate use product with chill point of -50оС (premixed 60/40 coolant).

    TOTACHI EXTENDED ANTIFREEZE YELLOW is a concentrated coolant based on aqueous solution of ethylene glycol. The product is specially engineered for the latest generation cooling systems of highly loaded gasoline and diesel engines. It is manufactured using modern OAT-technology (Organic Acid Technology) and contains organic acids (carbon) corrosion inhibitors.     Before using this product make sure, it is consistent with OEM’s recommendations for the equipment operating conditions and customer’s maintenance practices.

    Do not use TOTACHI NIRO ANTIFREEZE Orange G12+ without prior dilution with specially treated water (distilled or deionized).

    It is not recommended to dilute the product with water for more than 70%. It is a good practice to flush cooling system before changing coolant.

    For application in regions with mild climate use product with chill point of -37°С. For northern regions with severe cold climate use product with chill point of -52°С.
