It is also suitable for cooling systems of other passenger cars and commercial vehicles of various OEMs: Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Suzuki, Subaru, Isuzu. The product contains an effective package of additives and inhibitors for long protection of cooling systems of internal combustion engines, including those with application of aluminum alloys. The product has increased service life up to 3 years / 150 000 km. The formulation, which is free from silicates, nitrates, borates and amines, provides decrease of hard deposits and extends service life of water pumps.

  EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE GREEN

  TOTACHI EXTENDED ANTIFREEZE GREEN is a concentrated coolant based on an aqueous solution of ethylene glycol. The product is specially engineered for the latest generation cooling systems of highly loaded gasoline and diesel engines. It is manufactured using modern OAT technology (Organic Acid Technology) and contains organic acids (carbon) corrosion inhibitors. The product additionally contains molybdates and nitrites, which help to prevent cavitation and provide improved protection of cooling system parts. TOTACHI EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE has a neutral effect on modern sealing materials and rubber hoses. The formulation promotes an increase in the service life of water pumps and improves heat exchange from the metal surface to the coolant.

  APPLICATION

  • The product is recommended for cooling systems of highly loaded gasoline and diesel engines, which require the use of OAT Technology-based coolants. The product supports extended service life up to 5 years / 250,000 km for passenger cars / 600, 000 km for on-road applications / 12 000 hours for off-road applications.
  • TOTACHI EXTENDED LIFE ANTIFREEZE GREEN is especially recommended for modern engines, where improved protection of aluminum against high-temperature corrosion is required.
  • The product does not contain silicates, phosphates, and nitrates; thus, it meets the performance requirements of many European and American OEMs.

  TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is a coolant, based on ethylene glycol. The product is engineered for automotive cooling systems in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D3306. It is suitable for cooling systems of Ford, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and other Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian, European, North American OEMs. The product contains an effective package of additives for long protection of cooling systems of internal combustion engines, including those with application of aluminum alloys. The product forms a long-term protective film on internal surface of cooling system, thus protecting engine from freezing, overheat, cavitation, corrosion and contamination. The formulation, which is free from silicates, nitrates, nitrites, borates, phosphates and amines, provides decrease of hard deposits and extends service life of water pumps.

  APPLICATION

  • TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is a ready to use coolant with freeze point of -40oC (premixed 50/50 coolant) and -50 oC (premixed 60/40 coolant).
  • Recommended for cooling systems of most OEM makers. Supports an extended service life – up to 250,000 km for light duty vehicles or 5 years (depending on what occurs first); 450,000 km or 10,000 operating hours for off-road vehicles.
  • TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is specially recommended for modern engines where the enhanced protection of aluminum against high-temperature corrosion is required.
  • The product can be safely mixed with genuine coolants OEM – manufacturers.

  TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is supplied ready for use. It is not recommended to dilute the product with water for more than 10%. It is a good practice to flush cooling system before changing coolant.

  For application in regions with mild climate use product with chill point of -40оС (premixed 50/50 coolant). For northern regions with severe cold climate use product with chill point of -50оС (premixed 60/40 coolant).
