  Totachi Niro Coolant Red G12+ -50С

  TOTACHI® NIRO® COOLANT RED is designed for use in cooling systems of gasoline and diesel internal combustion engines of light motor vehicles and tractors.

  The basic components of coolant are ethylene glycol and demineralized water, which provide excellent heat exchanging properties, high boiling temperature and low freezing temperature. The balanced additive package of carboxylate inhibitors provides superior corrosion protection for metals. The product is neutral to rubber products, it prevents foaming and cavitation. TOTACHI® NIRO® COOLANT RED is manufactured under STO 15258135-005-2015 (in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D3306 standard).

  The recommended service life is up to 250,000 km for passenger cars or five years (whatever comes first). For off road equipment the recommended service life is up to 450,000 km or 10,000 hours.

  APPLICATION

  TOTACHI® NIRO® COOLANT RED -40C is ready for use product for cooling systems of mobile equipment with freezing temperature of -40°C. It has a 50/50 water glycol concentration for use in regions with distinctly continental or warm climate. The product is suitable for many modern cars, medium duty construction and agricultural equipment, which require coolants based on inorganic/carboxylate additive technology and have long service life.

  TOTACHI® NIRO® COOLANT RED -50С is ready for use product for cooling systems of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as tractor applications with freezing temperature of -50°C. It has a 60/40 water glycol concentration for use in northern regions with very cold climate, in case freezing does not harm cooling system.

  Super Long Life Coolant -50C (Red)

  Prediluted coolant, based on ethylene glycol. The product is specially engineered for cooling systems of TOYOTA cars in accordance with the requirements of Japanese standard JIS K 2234 for Super Long Life Coolant. It is also suitable for cooling systems of other passenger cars and commercial vehicles of various OEMs. The product contains an effective package of additives and inhibitors for maximum protection of cooling systems of majority of engines, including those with application of aluminum alloys.   TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is a coolant, based on ethylene glycol. The product is engineered for automotive cooling systems in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D3306. It is suitable for cooling systems of Ford, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen and other Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian, European, North American OEMs. The product contains an effective package of additives for long protection of cooling systems of internal combustion engines, including those with application of aluminum alloys. The product forms a long-term protective film on internal surface of cooling system, thus protecting engine from freezing, overheat, cavitation, corrosion and contamination. The formulation, which is free from silicates, nitrates, nitrites, borates, phosphates and amines, provides decrease of hard deposits and extends service life of water pumps.

  APPLICATION

  • TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is a ready to use coolant with freeze point of -40oC (premixed 50/50 coolant) and -50 oC (premixed 60/40 coolant).
  • Recommended for cooling systems of most OEM makers. Supports an extended service life – up to 250,000 km for light duty vehicles or 5 years (depending on what occurs first); 450,000 km or 10,000 operating hours for off-road vehicles.
  • TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is specially recommended for modern engines where the enhanced protection of aluminum against high-temperature corrosion is required.
  • The product can be safely mixed with genuine coolants OEM – manufacturers.

  Before using this product make sure, it is consistent with OEM’s recommendations for the equipment operating conditions and customer’s maintenance practices.

  TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Orange G12+ is supplied ready for use. It is not recommended to dilute the product with water for more than 10%. It is a good practice to flush cooling system before changing coolant.

  For application in regions with mild climate use product with chill point of -40оС (premixed 50/50 coolant). For northern regions with severe cold climate use product with chill point of -50оС (premixed 60/40 coolant).
