  TOTACHI SUPER LONG LIFE ANTIFREEZE Green is a coolant concentrate based on ethylene glycol. The product is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Japanese standard JIS K2234. TOTACHI SUPER LONG LIFE ANTIFREEZE Green is manufactured for preparation of coolants, used in Japanese cars and commercial vehicles of various OEMs. The product contains high concentration of carboxylate additives and phosphate-based inhibitors for maximum protection of cooling systems of most internal combustion engines, including those with aluminum alloys. In ready for use product it provides effective long-term protection of cooling system parts, protects engine from freezing, overheating, cavitation, corrosion and contamination. The formulation is free from silicates, nitrates, borates and amines. TOTACHI SUPER LONG LIFE ANTIFREEZE Green helps to reduce hard deposits and increase service life of water pumps.

  TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Blue – 40С G11

  TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Blue G11 is designed for use in cooling systems of passenger cars and tractors for construction / agricultural use.

  The basic components of coolant are ethylene glycol and demineralized water, which provide excellent heat exchanging properties, high boiling temperature and low freezing temperature. The balanced additive package of carboxylate corrosion inhibitors with an additional input of silicates provides effective protection of metals against corrosion Additionally, the product is neutral to rubber parts and prevents foaming. It is manufactured under STO 15258135-017-2020 (in accordance with the requirements of ASTM D3306 and ASTM D4985 standards).

  The recommended service life is up to 150,000 km for passenger cars or three years (whatever comes first). For off road equipment the recommended service life is up to 300,000 km or 6,000 hours.

  APPLICATION

  TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Blue -40C G11 is ready for use product for cooling systems of mobile equipment with freezing temperature of -40°C. It has a 50/50 water glycol concentration for use in mild or warm climate regions. The product is suitable for many types of cars, medium construction and agricultural equipment, which require hybrid coolants based on carboxylate technology additives with a limited level silicate as additional inhibitors.

  TOTACHI NIRO COOLANT Blue -50С G11 is ready for use product for cooling systems of passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as tractor applications with freezing protection temperature of

  -50°C. It has a 60/40 water glycol concentration for use in northern regions with very cold climate, if freezing does not harm cooling system.

  TOTACHI EXTENDED LIFE COOLANT GREEN -40С and -50С is coolant based on aqueous solution of ethylene glycol. The product is specially engineered for the latest generation cooling systems of highly loaded gasoline and diesel engines. It is manufactured using modern OAT-technology (Organic Acid Technology) and contains organic acids (carbon) corrosion inhibitors. The product additionally contains molybdates and nitrites, which help to prevent cavitation and provide improved protection of cooling system parts. TOTACHI EXTENDED LIFE COOLANT GREEN -40С and -50С has neutral effect on modern sealing materials and rubber hoses. The formulation promotes increase in service life of water pumps and improve heat exchange from metal surface to coolant.

  APPLICATION

  • The product is recommended for cooling systems of highly loaded gasoline and diesel engines, which require the use of OAT Technology-based coolants.
